                 INSTRUCTORS


Connie Kelly
Connie is the owner of CK PILATES STUDIO.  She is a Certified
STOTT PILATES  Instructor, one of the most recognized names in
Pilates.  Her Certification includes  Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair
and Barrels, as well as Injuries  and Special Populations.  Her
knowledge of the Pilates Method of movement and her experience
in rehabilitation  allow her to make individualized programs for her
clients according to their needs.  Connie, a Certified Spinning
Instructor, will also be teaching Spin Classes                                          
 Connie is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 15
years in rehabilitation.  A former adjunct teacher at Atlantic Cape
Community College in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program, she
also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Drexel University in
Human Behavior and Development.  She actively participates in
many athletic endeavors, including triathlons  She is married and
has 3 grown children, former  Ocean City High School athletes.

Kimberly Carr
Kimberly is a registered nurse at AtlantiCare Medical Center, in the
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.  She has been practicing nursing for
over 4 years.
Kimberly is a fitness enthusiast and a STOTT PILATES trained
Instructor in Mat and Reformer.  She enjoys motivating others to feel
good about themselves and encourages her clients to maintain a
healthy lifestyle.
Kimberly, a Certified Spinning Instructor, will also be teaching Spin
& Spinlates classes.

Enita Dugan
Always the fitness enthusiast, Enita left her 15 year career in Human
Resources to teach Pilates Mat in 2002.  Receiving her initial
certification in the classical style, Enita's instructors were trained by
Romana Kryzanowska, world-renowned protege of Joseph Pilates.
Always wanting to learn and grow, Enita completed her training with
STOTT PILATES in Mat and Reformer and is now a Certified STOTT
PILATES Instructor.  Enita loves learning various techniques and
working with people  through movement.  She has a young son who
keeps her moving and to which her own personal practices have
become essential for her physical well being.
Enita will also be instructing our new "Spinlates" classes this Fall.


Patti McKelvey
Patti is a Certified STOTT PILATES  Instructor.  She is also trained in
the Classical Method with Roman Kryzanowska, a direct disciple of
Joseph Pilates.  Helping others stay fit is a part of her everyday life.
After taking group Pilates classes for over 10 years, Patti was so
impressed with the way Pilates involves the whole body and can be
adapted to people of all ability levels that she pursued her own
certification.  She has over 800 hours of classroom instruction.  She
has earned certification in STOTT PILATES Mat, Reformer, Cadillac,
Chair, Barrel and Injuries and Special Populations.  Her knowledge
of the method allows her to make lessons challenging for everyone


Patti Pagnani
Patti  is grateful to have the opportunity to work with you as a
Certified STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer Instructor.
As a Registered Nurse, Patti brings to you her deep commitment to
health and wellness.   While working in the Home Health Care
setting, Patti especially enjoyed working with, and teaching,
self-care and new treatments to young multiple sclerosis patients.  
Always loving a challenge, Patti's deep commitment to health and
wellness is evident and available to each of her Pilates students.  
This can be seen by her enthusiasm and efforts in creating
individualized programs with your goals, needs and strengths in
mind.
In addition to Mat and Reformer Pilates, Patti enjoys Yoga, which
she has been practicing for many years.  She is happily married and
has three grown sons.
Patti is happy to focus on you and your journey as you become
stronger, healthier and happier in both body and mind.  She is both
delighted and honored to be associated with "CK PILATES".   


Melissa Terrels
Melissa took her first Yoga class over 10 years ago and was
immediately hooked!  Yoga has inspired all aspects of her life and
has made her happier and healthy.  She became RYT (Registered
Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance) and began sharing her
experiences with others.  Her classes combine pranayama
(breathing) ans asanas (postures) to help her students become
stronger, more flexible and fluid in their motions.  Melissa is also a
trained STOTT PILATES Mat instructor  who enjoys traveling the
world and taking as many different Yoga classes as she can fit into
her schedule.

Paula Wintz
Paula is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with over 10
years of experience in the Physical Rehabilitation field.  She has
worked in a variety of settings and with numerous clients and
disabilities.
Paula loves the fitness world and practices what she teaches.  She
is a STOTT PILATES trained instructor in Mat and Reformer.  Paula
is a fabulous motivator and encourages proper form while still
instructing a safe and challenging workout program.  
Paula will also be instructing our new "Piloxing" classes starting
this Fall.
