PILATES.   Pilates's focus is on the overall
conditioning of the body through a series of
mind-body exercises performed on a mat or
other specialized equipment.  These challenging
exercises can serve as building blocks towards
the maintenance of good health, prevention of
injuries, and relief of stress.  

Our goal at CK PILATES, LLC is to introduce
you to the principles of STOTT PILATES.

Class Descriptions
MAT PILATES

Engage your core muscles with Pilates floor exercises using your own
body weight for resistance.  The class will help you trim your midsection
and prevent back injuries


REFORMER CLASS - 4 people in a class

Strengthen your core and tone your arms and legs using resistance from
springs on the reformer machine with personalized instruction.




SPINLATES

The best of both worlds - 30 minute Spin Class followed by a 25 minute
Essential Mat Class.  Strengthen your heart muscle with a cardio workout,
stretch & strengthen the rest of your Body with Mat Exercises.


SPINNING

Indoor Cycling focusing on exercising the most important muscle in your
body - the heart.  It is strongly recommended that you bring a heart rate
monitor, as we will be training within different heart rate parameters.  
Bring a towel, water, & be prepared for lots of fun!


YOGA

Focus on breathing, improving balance, flexibility and core strength.  Your
body movements will become more fluid.  You will feel challenged and
leave class with a glow.



YOGALATES

Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates.  This 55 minute class will
improve your corestrength, posture, flexibility and endurance.  You will
notice a significant difference in the way you feel both emotionally  and
physically.
