TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged
bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build
power, core strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all
at the intensity you choose.
REFORMER CLASS - 4 people in a class
Strengthen your core and tone your arms and legs using resistance from
springs on the reformer machines with personalized instruction.
REFORMER CARDIO TRAMP
Who said Pilates is not a cardio workout? CK PILATES now has "Cardio
Tramp". Work out your heart muscle with Plyometric Jumping while
getting that great Reformer Pilates workout!
The best of both worlds - 30 minute Spin Class followed by a 25 minute
Essential Mat Class. Strengthen your heart muscle with a cardio
workout, stretch & strengthen the rest of your Body with Mat Exercises.
Indoor Cycling focusing on exercising the most important muscle in your
body - the heart. It is strongly recommended that you bring a heart rate
monitor, as we will be training within different heart rate parameters.
Bring a towel, water, & be prepared for lots of fun!
A 55 min. class incorporating Spinning with intervals of intense circuit
training including TRX Suspension Straps or Plyometrics.
A blend of 30 min. Spinning & 25 min. Yoga. Strengthen your heart while
Spinning. Stretch & work other muscles with Yoga
A fusion class of Yoga and Pilates performed on the Pilates Reformer
Machine. ZEN represents the search for inner discovery while YOGA
symbolizes the way to reach it. Together ZENGA focuses on core
stability, stamina and resilience while atttaining a state of presence. The
increased demand on your neuromuscular system allows you to reap the
benefits of improved strength, clarity and overall fitness.
