CK Pilates Studio requires at least 24 hour notice when cancelling a Private or Semi-Private appointment, as well as all classes.
There will be no charge for a cancelled session if another time can be worked out during the same day (Subject to instructor availability).
We also kindly ask clients to not wear perfumes or colognes or scented lotions, that may irritate other clients.
Cell phones should be off and are better left outside of the studio altogether.
