The Difference Between Pilates and Yoga

Yesterday my son Shawn and wife Kim, son Ryan and girlfriend Bailey, nephews Pat and Chris ran the Sea Isle 10 miler to raise money and awareness for CdLS, the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation.  They all did a great job finishing the run and raised over $2,300.00 for this wonderful cause.  To find out more about this cause, check out my "Giving Back" page on the website.

The Difference Between Pilates and Yoga

We had a great time last Friday evening at our Yoga, Wine and Chocolate event with instructor Michelle Whelan.  After about an hour of Yoga, we indulged in some heavenly wines which were paired with delicious chocolates, in a picnic style setting.  It was so much fun, and what an education to learn the proper way to taste chocolates!

The Difference Between Pilates and Yoga

A great day on the water yesterday with our client Cheryl Huber and her team from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.  She treated them to a SUP PILATES session to show her appreciation of their hard work.  If you would like to get a group together, we will take you out, paddle around and perform some pilates on the board, which wakes up your core!  Not to mention how much fun it is!
