Today we want to share with you our pilates studio, where you can feel comfortable and relaxed while exercising with our well trained instructors, who focus on your safety and a program modified for your needs. Our studio, which has been open for 9 years is located at 533 Route 9 South in Marmora, just minutes away from Ocean City and Sea Isle City.
Different from a gym, when you enter CK Pilates, the warm "spa like" feeling will overcome you, as well as a friendly, inviting welcome from any of our instructors. This comfortable feeling is important as you exercise, with a focus on your mind/body connection.
